Work Plan for EDISON - GA

The research goals as well as the training would be delivered through 6 interlinked work-packages. Together, they will produce two sets of cameras, one with better colour response and another for high intensity x-ray imaging. However, the underlying image sensor in both would be of similar origins.

Using these, the project aims to develop two different outputs with similar design philosophies.

  • A better colour camera by integrating plasmonic filters, CMOS technology as well as engineered transduction function
  • A large format image sensor for radiotherapy
