Martin Booth becomes Fellow of the Optical Society

The Board of Directors of The Optical Society (OSA) has elected Prof Martin Booth to be a Fellow of the Society.

The Board of Directors of The Optical Society (OSA) has elected Prof Martin Booth to be a Fellow of the Society during their 18 September 2017 meeting in Washington, DC, USA.  He has been recognised “For innovative and pioneering research on dynamic optical methods and new approaches to adaptive optics and wavefront sensing, including applications in biomedical microscopy and laser material processing”.  As an OSA Fellow, he joins a distinguished group of members who have served the Society and the optics and photonics community with distinction.
