Salters’ Graduate Prize in Chemical Engineering

We congratulate Mark Gowers, a final year Engineering Science undergraduate (Oriel College), for being awarded one of five 2016 Salters’ Graduate Prizes in Chemical Engineering.

The prestigious Salters’ Graduate Awards celebrate excellence within the Chemical Engineering education sector.

Each department of Chemical Engineering in the UK is invited to nominate one candidate expected to obtain a First Class Honours Degree, and shortlisted candidates are interviewed at Salters’ Hall in London by representatives from industry and academia.  The interview panel selects those most likely to occupy leading positions in the UK chemical and allied industries.
