American Society of Mechanical Engineers Award

Congratulations to Dr Budimir Rosic, University Lecturer in Engineering Science, who has won the Best Paper Award from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for his paper titled, "Integrated Combustor and Vane Concept in Gas Turbines". The paper was presented at last year’s ASME International Gas Turbine Institute’s Turbo Expo Conference in Glasgow. This is the fourth ASME Best Paper Award that Dr Rosic has won in the last five years.

Dr Budimir RosicThe American Society of Mechanical Engineers International Gas Turbine Institute’s Turbo Expo Technical Conference is long recognised as the world's leading conference on all aspects of gas turbine technology, it now includes related topics in wind, steam, fans and blowers and solar.

Dr Rosic has been recognised for his outstanding technical paper, and his contributions to the gas turbine industry.
